Happy Holidays

All next week we will be giving out candy canes to celebrate the holidays! We have literally thousands of candy canes to give out so make sure to stay alert - who knows when the candy cane brigade will assemble! 

Nachos

On Tuesday and Wednesday of this week we'll be doing Free Nachos in the back lobby! Starting at 1pm we'll be dishing out that glorious cheese and that scrumptious chili so come hungry and make sure to grab seconds! 

Holiday Hours

The LRC will be closed for the holidays! We are closed on Thursday, November 28th, Friday, November 29th, and Saturday, November 30th. We're always closed on Sundays, so we will reopen with our normal hours on Monday December 2nd. 

Thanksgiving Pies!

Come and give thanks and enjoy a free slice of pie!

It's that time again! The Annual Student Picnic will be taking place next Wendesday, October 30th from 11am - 6:30pm! Make sure to come to campus hungry - eat lunch AND dinner for free! 

Don't forget about the costume contest! Judging will take place on the back patio where the food will be served promptly at 5:30pm! 

Free Speech Week

Come by the lobby this week to munch on some popcorn and debate some topics of free speech with your fellow students! 

Costume Contest!

On Wednesday, October 30th come to school in an awesome costume and you could win a flash drive! 

Official judging will take place at 5:30pm with a panel of judges. Winners will be announced immediately following the judging! 

So show off your best costume! There are multiple categories so lots of chances to win!

GO SHOPPING!

This week at the Galleria Mall several of our students have styled trend displays from selected retailers! Check out their looks, then come back Saturday for the Leading with Style fashion event where mall retailers will feature the latest trends. 

The show starts at 2:00pm in the center court of Galleria Mall. Some of the looks will be modeled by community leaders and the show will be emceed by Stephanie Jay of FOX 5. Come show your support for this great event and pass it on!

Constitution Day Celebration!

Join the LRC and Student Services in celebrating Constitution Day. 

On Tuesday, September 17th and Wednesday, September 18th we'll be serving Root Beer Floats and having a Constitution Quiz Treasure Hunt. The first three teams each day to submit a 100% correct quiz will win a Pizza Party!!!

On Thursday, September 19th we'll be having a double feature movie night with Pizza served during the intermission at 6:30pm.
